I hated the CPAP machine and was not interested in having something surgically implanted in me. As a last resort, I went to Dr Boone and got fitted for a mouthpiece. I was very skeptical at first, but it has really helped me. It takes a while to get used to it, but it gets more comfortable over time. I have been working with Dr. Boone for over a year. The severity of my snoring was affecting my quantity and quality of sleep, as well as other health related factors (not to mention the impact on my partner’s sleep).
