A huge shout out to Dr. Holly Boone for helping people with sleep apnea! The Somnomed Oral appliance really does work to reduce or stop snoring. I have tried to use the C-pap machine that was ineffective since I sleep on my side. Besides I hated having to use the machine. I also had chronic sinus infections due to not getting a decent night sleep. I have been wearing the Somnomed appliances for approximately 3 months. I am sleeping much better. My husband reports that he doesn’t hear me struggling for air anymore. The amount of sinus infections has dropped too. Dr. Boone’s staff (Lalis) is amazing too! A very pleased customer!!!
